Our listing service enables you to market your property and avoid payment of agency sales commissions, whilst getting your property details on the worldwide property market and global network of users.

No matter what the property is and where it is located you will be able to add listings using one of our listing packages below. The different levels reflect the level of flexibility, exposure to the property market and marketing services that you require.

Whether you have one property to sell or a wide portfolio, you are able to list each property on our website and have access to a broad client base interested in purchasing overseas properties.

We offer five marketing packages, with 3 month listings as detailed below:

Bronze listing - free
Free text-only listing on one property per member.

Silver - free
Additional features: Ability to upload 3 photographs of your property, ability to edit the property text, pictures and price on 3 seperate occasions.

Gold - £29
Additional features: Incorporation of property in general marketing campaigns, 50% discount on all subsequent 3-month subscriptions and unlimited editing of the listing.

Platinum - £99
Additional features: Ability to edit all details of the property on unlimited occasions for up to 3 properties. Targeted marketing to potential purchasers by email and telephone.

Corporate Platinum - £299
Additional features: Unlimited property listings and unlimited editing of each listing.

All property and text uploads are subject to editorial control by Universal Property Agents LLP.
Universal Property Agents reserve the right to remove listings which contain incorrect or misleading information to protect prospective purchasers.
Property listings should not contain weblinks or relate to alternate properties or services provided by the seller.
All listings must be made by the owner of the property or with direct owner consent.
The listing service is available for property developers and private owners. Listings posted by real estate agents charging commissions on sales will be rejected.
